Description

Self-clinching self-locking nuts provide a permanent, prevailing-torque locking thread in thin sheet materials. Installed by pressing, the fastener becomes captive in the panel and offers reliable resistance to loosening under vibration and repeated service conditions.

Features

  • Prevailing-torque locking thread for vibration resistance
  • Permanent installation in thin sheet using standard pressing methods
  • Unified and Metric thread forms
  • Material options: heat treated steel, stainless steel (300 series), and aluminium (7076-T6)
  • Typical finishes include black dry film lubricant and uncoated (none), depending on material
