Description

Self-clinching flush nuts designed for permanent installation into thin sheet materials, providing a flush-threaded fastening point in panels, chassis, and enclosures.

Handling, PPE & First Aid

  • Normal handling: No special PPE required beyond standard industrial practice.
  • During machining/grinding/welding: Safety glasses (or face shield), suitable gloves, and local extraction; use respiratory protection if airborne dust is present.
  • Eye contact (dust/particles): Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
  • Skin contact: Wash with soap and water. Treat cuts/abrasions as required.
  • Inhalation (dust/fume): Move to fresh air. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

Disposal

Recycle as scrap metal where facilities exist. Collect machining debris and dispose in accordance with site requirements and local regulations.
